Jim Miller has his master in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley and his undergraduate degree in in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  He has more than 28 years’ experience in water and infrastructure in California.

​Ron Bertolina has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2006) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the university of California Los Angeles (2003).  Ron has 15 years of experience in real estate development and investments.

David Ban graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Industrial Technology.  After graduating, he worked in the industrial equipment sector, followed by 3 years in the Petrochemical industry.  The last 19 years he has been selling engineered environmental process treatment solutions for the municipal water and wastewater treatment industry.
